The Heart of Colli Maceratesi DOC
Our winery is rooted in the heart of the Macerata area, cradle of the Colli Maceratesi DOC denomination. Here, among gentle hills, scenic views and ancient villages, the vine has been an integral part of the landscape and rural culture for centuries.
This corner of the Marche region, nestled between the Apennines and the Adriatic Sea, offers ideal conditions for viticulture. The soils, mostly clay-limestone, are well-drained and rich in minerals, while the temperate climate — with significant day-night temperature variations — ensures a balanced ripening of the grapes.
It is this harmony between nature, tradition and human work that brings our wines to life. The sea breeze meeting the cool inland air creates a unique microclimate, enhancing the grapes with intense aromas, freshness and elegance.
We proudly cultivate native varieties, starting with Maceratino — also known as Ribona — the soul of our Ribona DOC, a wine that represents the Macerata identity. Other grapes like Montepulciano, and Sangiovese also thrive here, expressing the territory with authenticity and character.
Our production respects both tradition and sustainability. Each vineyard is carefully managed, following the rhythm of nature and bringing out the unique qualities of each plot.
Our Colli Maceratesi DOC wines are born from this generous, living land, telling — glass after glass — the deep bond between wine, territory and passion.
